Day 4, September 14

Relatively complicated menu.
We decided on an option where you choose 12 pieces of sushi from a very elaborate menu of
4 different types of tuna, 16 different species of whitefish, varities of salmon from all corners of the globe, 4 different eels (saltwater/freshwater), 6 different varities of clam etc. etc.
AND.. 1 cut roll from a selection of 20 or so different roll options.
